-- There are only a few days left in Amazon's Doonesbury contest in which each day Amazon.com will post a new "panel" of the Doonesbury comic strip. To enter for a Daily Prize, write what you believe to be the best dialogue for that day's panel. The last day of the contest is May 15th.

-- AOL members can enter a Chicken Soup for the Soul competition. The first-place winner in each country will receive a signed copy of one of the current Chicken Soup for the Soul books. The grand prize winner of the international competition will receive $100 U.S. And any story that is included in the published book will receive at least $300 U.S. Details are available on America Online at Keyword: Chicken Soup Contest.

-- Mattel is looking for unusual and creative rules to its game, UNO, that build off the current rules and enhance game play, yet are simple enough to be easily adopted by UNO players everywhere. The grand prize is $5,000 dollars. The deadline for the UNO contest is May 15, 1998.
