A Dog Can Blog in Disney's Dog With a Blog Show

A show starring a blogging dog is coming to the Disney Channel in October. The Hollywood Reporter reports that the Disney Channel has picked up the show called Dog With a Blog. Stan the blogging dog is a 4-year-old mixed breed shelter dog adopted by a family. The step-siblings in the family bond over the pet, which they find out can talk and write - and blog! The series will premiere in Fall 2012.

Two step-siblings, Avery and Tyler, are the kids living with the amazing dog. Stan can talk and blog. But can Stan drive traffic to his blog and monetize it? What will Stan do to keep his blog from getting stuck in Google Panda? We hope he avoids duplicate and thin content. These are the real burning questions. And if a dog can blog than why not a show about a cat that blogs. Probably because cat doesn't rhyme with blog and dogs are easier to train as actors than cats. Take a look:
