Actor Tom Sizemore Inks Book Deal With Atria Books

Posted on December 15, 2011

Actor Tom Sizemore signed a deal with Atria Books to publish his memoir. The as yet untitled memoir will be published in 2013 and written with Anna David. Atria says the memoir will cover Sizemore's childhood in a Detroit housing project to his climb to the top in Hollywood. It will also cover Sizemore's dark descent into drug addiction and his relathionship with Heidi Fleiss. It will also discuss his recovery, which includes getting cast on Celebrity Rehab and a flurry of movie roles.

Sizemore says, "I should have been dead many times over and honestly, I didn't know that I was going to come back from the bottom I dropped to. The fact that I'm now sober over two years - and that I'm acting as much as I did before-proves that people can overcome obstacles even when they're sure they can't. I hope that this book can inspire other people to never give up."
