Nearly all resume advice writing articles and books will advise you to triple check your resume for bad grammar. You generally do not want mistakes like these in the first document about you that your potential employer is going to see. However, The normal rules of proper grammar and spelling for your resume may not apply when applying to at I Can Has Cheezburger.

Ben Huh, founder of the I Can Has Cheezburger, recently announced a job posting with the headline, "Kittehs Want Moar Workerhumans." The Sydney Morning Herald reports that the network quickly received over 250 applications.

Correct grammar is not required for the short captions that go with Lolcats pictures. In fact, many words are intentionally spelled incorrectly. The Lolcats have their own version of modified English.

Sometimes it is ok to be different in your resume. Obviously you wouldn't want to do this when applying for the vast majority of jobs available today. If you don't have a resume the I Can Has Cheezburger website says, "No resume? No problem. Recreating Tetris using lolcode may also get you the job."
