Sneak Peek at Miniseries of Stephen King's Bag of Bones Starring Pierce Brosnan

A&E is airing a miniseries adaptation of Stephen King's bestselling novel Bag of Bones next week. The four hour miniseries will air on Monday, December 10 and Tuesday, December 11th. Pierce Brosnan returns to television for the first time. He plays bestselling novelist Mike Noonan, who is unable to stop grieving after the sudden death of his wife Jo (Anabeth Gish).

Suffering from writer's block and nightmares, he decides to return to his lakeside retreat in western Maine. He befriends an attractive young widow, Mattie (Melissa George) and her daughter Kyra (Caitlin Carmichael). The nightmares get worse, and it turns out that his wife has an important secret to tell him. Anika Noni Rose (Dreamgirls), William Schallert (The Patty Duke Show) and Jason Priestley (Beverly Hills, 90210) also star. Here's a preview:
