Barack Obama's Own Presidential Seal

Barack Obama unveiled a new campaign logo today (seen on the right), which adorned his podium while he spoke Democratic governors in Chicago. It looks quite a bit like the official U.S. presidential seal (seen on the left). The Obama logo can be in the center of the eagle. The new Obama seal has the Latin words "Vero Possumus" which Time magazine says translates into "Yes We Can."

Doesn't this seem a bit arrogant? I mean, he hasn't won yet, so it's a bit early to be handing out presidential seals.
