Borders Announces Original Voices Award Winners for 2001

Borders Books and Music has announced the winners of its fourth annual Original Voices Awards, established to highlight innovative books from new and emerging talents, as well as outstanding works from established authors. Winners were chosen in the categories of fiction and nonfiction, with a special honorary award in children's picture books. Each month Borders stores nationwide offer a discount on books by authors in the program.
