CBS MarketWatch Inks Exclusive Deal With BarnesandNoble.com

CBS MarketWatch and BarnesandNoble.com announced an e-commerce agreement that makes BarnesandNoble.com the exclusive online bookseller within the CBS MarketWatch site. More than 250,000 people visit the CBS MarketWatch site each day. The long-term deal between the two companies includes revenue sharing from transactions and a number of co-marketing and content sharing programs.

Individual investors are reading and researching more than ever, and we believe they want access to the best and most current thinking on our markets and how to make money," said Larry Kramer, CEO of CBS MarketWatch. "Through BarnesandNoble.com Affiliate Network, we can bring the latest books to their attention, and in a natural extension of our news and commentary coverage, we will also provide timely and informed reviews and evaluations of those books to our customers."
