Video: Christopher Paolini Talks Self-Publishing Journey, Last Book in Eragon Series

It's hard to believe that Christopher Paolini's Inheritance Series, which began with Eragon, is about to end. The last book in the series will be published in November. In this video Christopher talks about how his environment inspires him, and how he keeps track of all the characters and details of the world he's created. He also discusses how he first self-published the books and went on a school tour to promote the book. He says book signings are easy compared to going from school to school dressed in Medieval garb. Christopher says he took a real emotional hit when he wrote the last scene of the last book in the series. Inheritance hits bookstores on November 8, 2011. Take a look:
