Conde Nast has reportedly signed a $2 billion lease to become the anchor tenant in One World Trade Center. The lease is a one million-square-foot lease. It gives Conde Nast one-third of the office tower. The lease will unite Conde Nast into a single building.

The Wall Street Journal reports that the lease brings the largest single tenant into Lower Manhattan in years.

One World Trade Center is expected to be finished in 2013. The 1,776-foot-tall building will be the tallest in the U.S.

Some of Conde Nast's publications include Vogue, Allure, GQ, Vanity Fair, Wired and The New Yorker. Conde Nast also own Reddit, a link sharing website.
