The latest deadline is 12-11-2022 but there also are also earlier deadlines with smaller entry fees. See the contest website for the full list of submission deadlines and fees.

These are the length requirements for the three categories: short screenplays (1-29 pages), pilot scripts (20-75 pages) and feature screenplays (65-125 pages).

Scripts are submitted through the BlueCat submission form. You have to register in order to submit. BlueCat says "Every script submission will receive a complimentary written analysis."
