Crain Communications Inc. has announced the launch of BtoB. BtoB will be a print publication devoted exclusively to the rapidly growing business-to-business marketplace. BtoB will launch as a fortnightly with a controlled circulation of 55,000 top management executives. BtoB will feature breaking news, analysis of technology and trends, e-business case studies, data, reviews of marketing campaigns and tips.

According to David Klein, publishing and editorial director of The Ad Age Group, ``While all eyes are focused on how consumer companies are adapting to the Internet, the real revolution is taking place in the business-to-business world. BtoB will fill the information void that currently exists for business-to-business marketing champions.''

Mr. Klein added, ``In business-to-business, all the traditional methods of marketing and selling, of sales channels and supply chains, of strategy and operations, are being radically overhauled for the new digital age. And unlike consumer companies, they are making real profits off their new Web-centric businesses, and setting the pace for the rest of American economy.''

The Ad Age Group consists of the following leading publications: Advertising Age, Advertising Age International, BtoB and Creativity, as well as Ad Age's website, AdAge.com and The Ad Age Edge. Other brand products include the Ad Age Daily, the Daily World Wire, Netb2b.com, conferences, seminars and custom publishing services.
