CurtCo Freedom Group's CRM Division Launches Customer Service Automation Magazine

The CurtCo Freedom Group's Customer Relationship Management Division (CRM) has announced the launch of Customer Service Automation (CSA) magazine. CSA's introduction comes on the heels of a host of recent initiatives undertaken by CFG's CRM Division.

Tom Villani, CFG's Executive Vice President, explains, "Traditionally, customer call centers have been at the heart of relationship management, however, due to limitations, today's enterprises are now implementing interactive customer service centers. The focus of Customer Service Automation magazine is on the ability of these centers to leverage technology to effectively manage multiple customer touch points, thereby increasing profitability and customer satisfaction."
