EH Publishing, Inc. has announced the re-launch of its consumer magazine Electronic House with the July/August 2000 issue. Electronic House is a fifteen-year-old publication focusing on the ``connected'' home. The ``connected home'' includes home automation, home entertainment, small office/home office technology, wireless c ommunications, energy management, telecommunications, and structured wiring.

``Electronic House made history in its coverage of the connected home,'' says Ken Moyes, President of EH Publishing, Inc. ``Our readership has grown significantly as consumers have become sold on the benefits of home technology. Our re-launch will focus our reporting on practical advice that allows all readers to take action and purchase technology that will have the greatest benefit to their lifestyle.''

Amanda Finch has been appointed Editor-in-chief of the new publication. Finch has reported on home networking and home entertainment for Electronic House, as well as other consumer and trade magazines, for more than eight years. ``In addition to our most popular features such as our Showcase Homes and New Products sections,'' Finch says, ``we're introducing new departments to cover emerging broadband services, PC networking, small office/home office technology and connected communities.''
