Francisco de la Torre, former President of Pepsico in Mexico, Frito Lay Brazil and CBS TeleNoticias in the United States, has set a September 7, 1999 launch date for eritmo.com, a new Latin music website. eritmo.com will enable fans to chat with their favorite artists, visit their fan clubs and websites, enjoy Latin music and view concert Webcasts.

"As the Latin music beat 'crosses over' and takes on a truly global appeal and identity, eritmo.com will exploit the cutting-edge electronic delivery of news, information and music to bring fans all over the world closer together and even closer to their favorite artists and their music," said Mr. De La Torre.

The eritmo.com site will be a free service for its visitors. The company will generate its revenues from advertising, promotions and sales of music, merchandise and concert tickets. eritmo.com will launch with six different channels: news, music, fans, chat, concerts and videos.
