Goodperformance.com has been launched as an online resource to help managers, supervisors, and human resource professionals with performance appraisal and small business management. The website includes articles and commentary on current trends in performance appraisal and small business management as well as suggested books, articles, and news pertaining to these subjects.

The website provides an online community through its discussion message boards concerning performance appraisal and other small business issues. In the Learning from Experience section, visitors to the website are encouraged to share their stories about small business management, things they did right and things they did wrong. In the Information Exchange section, visitors are able to use message boards to discuss issues and give advice. The Small Business Education Resources section lists classes and seminars, and the In The News section presents news stories related to performance appraisal and small business management.
