IDG Books Worldwide Rolls Out Hewlett-Packard Press

IDG Books Worldwide just released its first three books under its new Hewlett-Packard Press(TM) imprint.

The project-oriented books target consumers and businesses that want to get the most from their printers, scanners and digital imaging equipment. Hewlett-Packard Press is a publishing partnership between Hewlett-Packard, a leading computer and Internet company and IDGB Books Worldwide, a leading global knowledge company with a portfolio of best-selling book brands and computer-based learning tools.

Hewlett-Packard Press focuses on encouraging creative uses of digital imaging tools. The books contain easy-to-follow explanations of the technology, a thorough review of products from a range of manufacturers (not just HP products) and plenty of hands-on projects that are simple, practical and fun. All of the books are reviewed and approved by Hewlett-Packard.
