J.K. Rowling Not Planning New Harry Potter Novels, But Won't Completely Rule it Out

Posted on July 11, 2011

At the premiere of the very last Harry Potter movie, Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 2, author J.K. Rowling addressed once again whether or not she will write more novels in the Harry Potter universe. She was asked if she would keep a promise she made to Daniel Radcliffe that there will be no new Harry Potter adventures.

J.K. Rowling is not promising fans a new novel at this time, but she isn't completely shutting the door on the idea. J.K. Rowling said at the tearful premiere, "It is my baby and if I want to bring it out to play again I will."
