Jason Priestley Publishes Memoir With HarperOne

Posted on May 6, 2014

Jason Priestley has published his memoir with HarperOne, an imprint of HarperCollins. The actor became a major star through his role as Brandon Walsh on Beverly Hills, 90210. Some of the many other television series he has starred in include Tru Calling, Haven and Call Me Fitz.

Priestley also has producer and director credits in his lengthy listing on IMDB.

In the memoir, Priestley reveals details about his nine years on 90210. He talks openly about his career, including his highs and lows. He covers celebrity, family, marriage, fatherhood and his passion for racing. HarperOne says Priestley also discusses his jail sentence for drunk driving and a crash at the Kentucky Speedway that nearly killed him.

Priestley also talks about other celebrities, including Brad Pitt, Bradley Cooper, Tiffani Amber Thiessen, Luke Perry and Ashley Judd. Priestley reveals that Brad Pitt was once his roommate and they would have contests to see who could go the longest without showering and shaving. Pitt was always the "winner."

Priestley is embarking on a book tour to promote his new memoir. Tour dates can be found here on his website.
