Posted on April 7, 2000

Larkin Publications has announced eShopping Magazine, a new publication targeted to affluent women who shop online. A full-color monthly magazine, eShopping Magazine will be a guide to online shopping, with features on fashion, lifestyle and luxury goods, travel and family.

The publication will premiere in July 2000 with such articles as ``Back to School With a Click'' and ``Shopping Online for Art.'' eShopping Magazine will also introduce its ``eSM SiteGuide,'' a ratings guide with each article that tells readers whether featured web sites have secure servers, return policies, online or phone-based customer service, a privacy policy, automated shipping and free shipping.

``eShopping Magazine brings order to a rapidly growing marketplace by providing reliable information on the best Websites for shopping and purchasing goods online,'' says Publisher Richard Slater. ``With scores of new e-tail Web sites coming online every month, the average consumer cannot possibly keep up with what is available online.''
