Little Miss Sunshine and The Departed Win Top Writers Guild Awards

The 2007 Writers Guild Awards were handed out last night. Here are all the winners:

    There weren't any big surprises here: Little Miss Sunshine and The Departed are also both looking good for writing awards at the Oscars. We were especially happy that Ugly Betty took the award for Best New Series: we think the writing on that show is just excellent. It's well worth a look if you aren't already a fan.
