Midnight Cafe LLC. Acquires Gamers Depot

Midnight Cafe LLC. has announced the acquisition of Gamers Depot. Midnight Cafe is a web publishing and consulting firm that was established in 1995. Leveraging the Gamers Depot brand, Midnight Cafe is preparing to launch a network of news and review sites based around the Gamers Depot look, feel and style.

Ryan Douthit, Managing Director for Midnight Cafe, says in a statement, "With the acquisition of Gamers Depot, Midnight Cafe has gained an experienced and energized team of industry professionals that know the territory. We are now ready to put that experience to work with a network of Linux, Macintosh and Console Gamer sites we have plans to launch within the next year."
