Monster and Ziff Davis Announce Marketing Alliance

Monster.com, an online careers website from TMP Worldwide Inc., announced the launch of a strategic marketing relationship with Ziff Davis Media Inc., a technology media company. The relationship involves a comprehensive marketing alliance, including co-branded career websites specializing in technology jobs, an integrated media buy in Ziff Davis Media publications and Web properties, and a cross-promotional consumer marketing relationship on Monster properties.

By providing the career content for Ziff Davis Media publications and websites, job seekers will have the most up-to-date and relevant IT career information," said Steve Pogorzelski, Monster's president, North America. Under terms of the agreement, Monster will promote Ziff Davis Media's magazine subscriptions to job seekers in the fields of technology by delivering emails and newsletters with offers about Ziff Davis Media's publications. Monster will also promote the relationship through selected relevant properties including: My Monster, Career Center, Monster Technology Job Search Results and Monster Technology Community.
Monster will be the premier provider of technology career content for a number of Ziff Davis Media's publications, both online and print. Content from select Ziff Davis Media publications will be integrated into Monster's career content areas, which include articles and resume tips as well as interviewing and job search techniques.
Monster will create and host co-branded career websites for several of Ziff Davis Media's leading Internet properties including PC Magazine and eWEEK. The websites will provide technology job seekers with career tools and services. Job seekers will be able to research companies, view opportunities and apply online. Ziff Davis Media will provide readers of both their online and print technology publications with career-related content from Monster.
