Northwest Airlines Names Publishers for Its WorldTraveler Magazine

Northwest Airlines has announced that it has teamed up with Skies America International Publishing and Communications and Nishitetsu Agency Co. of Japan to publish its inflight magazine, WorldTraveler. As publisher of WorldTraveler, Skies America will be responsible for the monthly magazine's English edition and Nishitetsu will be responsible for publishing the Japan edition.

"Northwest is proud to be working with two of the world's finest publishers, Skies America and Nishitetsu," said Rick Dow, Northwest vice president marketing programs and advertising. "They will deliver a high quality product that Northwest customers will enjoy reading."

"Publishing WorldTraveler is a wonderful opportunity for us. We are thrilled to be back publishing the magazine that we launched with Northwest Airlines in the early 1990's," said Shari Clayberg, Skies America senior vice president. "We look forward to building on the magazine's award-winning traditions and to continue the spirit of innovation that has made WorldTraveler such a strong product."
