Patricia Campbell Named COO of MediaBay

MediaBay Inc., a provider of spoken word and audio entertainment, has named Patricia Campbell as Chief Operating Officer, it was announced by Chief Executive Officer, Jeffrey Dittus. In her new role, Ms. Campbell will help spearhead the company's transition from an analog business to a digital distribution platform, as well as be responsible for the company's day-to-day operations and the tactical implementation of new initiatives and products. Ms. Campbell reports to CEO, Jeffrey Dittus and the MediaBay Board of Directors and will be based in the company's headquarters in Cedar Knolls, NJ. Ms. Campbell brings over 20 years of direct marketing, internet and publishing experience. Most notably, Ms. Campbell was Executive Vice President at Barnesandnoble.com where she was largely responsible for Barnes and Noble's online marketing strategy. Ms. Campbell also has had 15 years of magazine publishing experience at Time Inc. and Times Mirror Magazines. Prior to joining MediaBay, Ms. Campbell was Managing Partner of Terra Nova Marketing Solutions for the last four years.
