PBS Off Book Explores Reddit

PBS Off Book explores Reddit, a link sharing community founded in 2005 that does a great job of interest news and content. PBS says, "The Reddit community has become so active that it has had an impact on recent political events like SOPA/CISPA. And like any real-world community, it also has its share of internal social issues, forcing it to grapple with its commitment to free speech and the lawlessness of the internet."
The PBS video also explores Reddit subreddits like Random Acts of Pizza and problems with the site, such as misogynistic comments or topics rising to the top. It also explores Reddit's involvement in fighting bills that could be terrible for the Internet like SOPA/CISPA. Take a look:
