Add a Cat Writing Prompt

A quote that is commonly misattributed to writer Edgar Allan Poe is "I wish I could write as mysterious as a cat." The Poe quote is incorrect according to an article from The Poe Museum. Poe did not say that. However, he did write a short story called The Black Cat." Cats can also certainly be mysterious.
Add a cat to one of your stories. What role could the cat play? Alternatively, you could write a poem about a cat or a journal entry about what your cat did this week.
