Ralph Fiennes and the Action Figure

Posted on August 26, 2005

We were thrilled when we learned that talented actor Ralph Fiennes will play Lord Voldemort in the upcoming Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Finally, some enterprising journalist decided to dig a little deeper as to the motivations of the actor for taking the role (it's not exactly his usual fare, to say the least.) And now we have the answer.

Ralph Fiennes on how the thought of getting his own action figure influenced him to take the role of Lord Voldemort in the upcoming Harry Potter movie: "I've been wanting to have an action figure for so long. I can't wait to see it."
Of course! He accepted the role because he would get his own action figure. Now we want our own action figure. Right now.
