Sarah Palin to Publish Second Book

Posted on May 13, 2010

Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin is going to publish a second book. The book is called, America By Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag. Reuters reports that the book will include selections from Sarah Palin's favorite speeches, documents, songs and literature.

They will include "the nation's founding documents to great speeches, sermons, letters, literature and poetry, biography, and even some of her favorite songs and movies."

"The book will also include portraits of some of the extraordinary men and women she admires and who embody her deep love of country, her strong rootedness in faith, and her profound love and appreciation of family," said the publisher.

Reuters says Palin's first book, Going Rogue: An American Life, sold over two million copies, so it is not a surprise she is coming out with a second book. It may not do as well as the first book since she is not running for a public office. This book also focuses more on excerpting existing content written by other people, which may not be as interesting to Sarah Palin fans as the words of Sarah Palin herself.

The book can be ordered here from Amazon.com.
