TechWeb reports that AOL founder Steve Case plans to launch an online health destination called Revolution Health. The site will provide doctor ratings, health tools and health advice.

There also are online tools to help determine a person's health risks, and to develop a plan for improving one's health. Users also can ask each other health questions and get advice from experts.Invited guests can see a preview version of the website before it launches. Here is the list from the preview website:The portal is part of Revolution Health Group, one of three business groups under Revolution LLC, a company Case launched in 2005. Revolution's goal is to build businesses that provide consumers with services in markets poised for dramatic change, such as health care, wellness, and resort management.
