Posted on January 20, 2012

The White House is now on Google's relatively new social network, Google+. The White House's Google+ page, available here, includes news, photographs and videos. It is similar to what you will find on The White House Facebook page. The White House is also on Twitter and MySpace.

The White House says, "On this page you'll find news from the White House blog, behind-the-scenes photos and videos, and opportunities to engage with Obama administration officials and policy experts on topics ranging from the economy to technology. We hope you'll join the conversation on the issues that matter the most to you right here on Google+."

The White House Google+ page also says that comments posted on the page may be "subject to the Presidential Records Act and may be archived."
