Posted on May 18, 2014

Time Home Entertainment has relaunched its Time Life books brand. The books will be sold as full-color paperbacks. The books carry the tagline, "Be an instant expert." They will sold in retail stores rather than through direct mail. The books cost $17.95 each.

The first two books published by Time-Life Books include World War II in 500 Photographs and Everything You Need to Know About the Bible. The brand will add two more books for fall/winter 2014. They includes Mysteries of the Unknown (Fall 2014) and Mysteries of the Criminal Mind (Winter 2015). Time Home plans to release four books each year through the Time-Life brand.

Stephen Koepp, editorial director, Time Home Entertainment Inc, says in a statement, "The Time-Life brand resonates with multiple generations and we wanted to create new titles that future generations could embrace as well. With our focus on epic events and absorbing subjects, we're helping Time-Life Books fans visualize and understand great moments in history that have an enduring impact on us."
