Toni Morrison Sits for Discussion With Michael Dirda at 2011 National Book Festival

Toni Morrison was presented with the Library of Congress National Book Festival Creative Achievement Award at the 2011 National Book Festival. Her most recent novel is A Mercy (Vintage). Toni Morrison also sat for an interesting discussion with Michael Dirda, book columnist for the Washington Post, at the book festival. Toni Morrison talks about how she first started writing and reading, her education, teaching literature students, classic literature and much more. Take a look:
