This is the book trailer video for The Institute by Stephen King. It is a very short but very ominous book trailer with creepy music.

Publisher Hodder Books says, "Luke Ellis, a super-smart twelve-year-old with an exceptional gift, is the latest in a long-line of kids who are abducted and taken to a secret government facility, hidden deep in the forest in Maine. Here, kids who can read minds or make objects move are subjected to a series of experiments."

The video shows someone rowing in front of a large creepy building, which is likely the secret government facility described above. It is the evil institution where kids with telekinesis and telepathy are being kept against their will.
