Will.I.Am's Google Plus Profile Gets Google Homepage Feature

Celebrities garnering the most followers is a trend that occurs on most social networks. The social networks like to help that trend along because they know if they can get celebrities using their service then they can get people to join the service so they can follow the celebs.

The Next Web reports that Google's homepage linked to Will.i.am's Google+ profile earlier today. The link was part of promotion for Google+ Hangouts. The link said, "Hang out with the Black Eyed Peas on Google+ right before they go on stage." Will.i.am no doubt got a boost in Google+ followers from being on Google.com.
