William Shatner Talks New Book, Staying Young

CBS' Betty Nguyen talks with William Shatner about his age (he's 80), his new book, Shatner Rules: Your Guide to Understanding the Shatnerverse and the World at Large and how he juggles such an active life. Bill has a lot of energy and Betty asked him how he keeps going with so many projects. He says genetics and attitude are responsible for his youthful demeanor -- and his blueberries and cereal in the morning. He says it's important to say yes to a lot of things. Bill says the biggest rule at 80 is to just get out of bed. He says you have to keep going, and life renews. Take a look:
