Fiserv (formerly First Data) is seeking a Documentation Tech Writer. The writer will create and maintain documents such as pre-notification communications, instructional guides, and reference manuals. They will also analyze technical and business communications, work with technical business partners, identify correct placement of documentation and more.

They are looking for a technical writer with 1-2 years of experience as well as financial services or banking industry experience. HTML, XML and CSS experience is also needed.
