Ziff-Davis announced that its ZDNet website and Internet Computing magazine have collaborated for the launch of E-Business a new electronic commerce and communications site. E-Business was designed to provide electronic commerce-related news, reviews, help and services in one central Web location. Content from this channel will also appear on ZDNet's Small Business Advisor.

"Businesses of all types and sizes are recognizing the potential of online retailing," said Melanie McMullen, editor-in-chief of Internet Computing. "For these businesses, one of the biggest challenges is understanding the implications of this pioneering marketplace and keeping current with the fast pace of change. E-Business combines timely and critical content from Internet Computing magazine with a wealth of other resources from throughout ZDNet's vast collection of award-winning computing and Internet content."

"The E-Business site places Ziff-Davis' wealth of trusted content on electronic commerce just a mouse-click away," said Dan Farber, ZDNet's vice president and editor-in-chief. "Savvy businesses will use this site as a competitive weapon that helps them stay ahead of the learning curve."
