Ziff-Davis Launches New Windows NT-Focused Magazine

Posted on April 28, 1998

Ziff-Davis announced it will launch a new monthly, controlled circulation magazine dedicated to the technical information needs of those professionals who are responsible for Windows NT-based enterprise solutions. Windows Sources will be reformulated in the second half of 1998 and converted into a controlled circulation magazine. Launching in September, the new publication will represent the evolution of Windows Sources, Ziff-Davis' original Windows platform publication.

As the new publication's Editor-in-Chief, Jackie Gavron explained, "By drawing from such trusted resources as ZD Labs and ZD Bop, this new enterprise NT-focused magazine will provide the editorial content most needed by Windows professionals. Specific content will include lab-based product reviews, strategic business deployment features, expert market opinions, and timely market news and analysis -- all of which will be written from a Windows NT perspective. This unique editorial package will provide today's Windows professionals with the information they need to make purchasing decisions and devise scalable, long-term NT-based business solutions."
